Jim Suh, Vice-President of Pre-Construction Services
Pre-construction is where Jim lives and breathes. A 20-year industry veteran, he’s responsible for estimating and budgeting, procurement, preparing and submitting RFPs, initial project buyout and scope-of-work generation, and technical sales and construction presentations.
Jim’s experience spans the spectrum: from $50,000 interior renovations to $80 million ground-up projects with site and infrastructure development. Project types include retail, office building, banks, churches, medical facilities, schools, airports and correctional facilities. Construction types include stick and brick, block and plank, conventional steel, pre-engineered buidings, cast-in-place concrete structures and tilt-wall construction. Jim is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Construction Management program.
