Dave has been in the construction industry since 1974. A proven leader with a rock-solid reputation, he has extensive experience as a design-builder, construction manager-at-risk and general contractor. He’s been directly responsible for 78 Randall’s Food Markets, along with numerous schools, churches, restaurants, prison facilities, office buildings, auto dealerships and other projects.
A LEED-accredited professional, Dave is a liaison with the U.S. Green Building Counsel and local professional firms, helping to implement Green technology. In addition to distinguishing himself professionally, he’s also involved with numerous organizations including Associated General Contractors, NAIOP, National Forum, Houston Automotive Dealers, Pearland Chamber of Commerce, Texas Police Chiefs’ Association and the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas.
